1. General Terms

These Terms are written in English. In the event that these Terms are translated into any other language for convenience, the English version shall be the authoritative and binding version in all cases.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register an account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing bajj365 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally;
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent for any third party;

bajj365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, address, and source of funds at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bajj365 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on bajj365. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bajj365 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bajj365 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed, and confiscate any bonus funds or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your bajj365 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and must notify bajj365 promptly of any changes via support@bajj365.

bajj365 will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of inaccurate account information that you have provided, including failed payment notifications or incorrectly directed correspondence.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajj365 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bajj365 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify bajj365 immediately at support@bajj365 and change your password without delay.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bajj365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer to and from accounts held at banks operating in Bangladesh including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other recognised Bangladeshi financial institutions. bajj365 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or via payment methods not listed in the current accepted payments schedule published on the platform.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bajj365 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. bajj365 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, void all associated bets and bonuses, and report the activity to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point in the account registration or verification process;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any non-human means to interact with bajj365's platform, games, or betting markets;
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other betting strategy that bajj365 determines to be systematic abuse of its markets or promotional offers;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Using bajj365's platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Accessing bajj365 using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions;
• Sharing your account with, or allowing access by, any third party;
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour towards bajj365 staff or other platform users;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to bajj365's systems, databases, or the accounts of other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on bajj365 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of bajj365 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The bajj365 brand name, logo, and platform design are proprietary and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used in any derivative work without the prior written consent of bajj365.

Game content displayed on bajj365 is licensed from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective rights holders. bajj365 does not claim ownership of third-party game content and operates under valid licence agreements with all content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use bajj365's platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment only. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajj365's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you into your bajj365 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bajj365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages of any kind, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, or losses resulting from decisions made on the basis of incorrect odds or game information displayed due to technical error.

bajj365 shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond bajj365's reasonable control;
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions;
• Your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Any action taken by bajj365 in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or bet voiding;
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or internet infrastructure failures.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bajj365's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Closure by bajj365

bajj365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8; (c) the player has provided false or fraudulent information; (d) the player is under 18 years of age; (e) the player's account activity poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to bajj365; or (f) bajj365 is required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, bajj365 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player via the registered payment method.

11.2 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your bajj365 account at any time by contacting support@bajj365. Please note that voluntary account closure is distinct from self-exclusion. If you are closing your account due to concerns about problem gambling, we strongly recommend applying for self-exclusion rather than simple account closure, as self-exclusion provides stronger safeguards against re-registration.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bajj365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at /terms-conditions on the bajj365 platform. The effective date shown at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Where bajj365 makes a material change to these Terms — meaning a change that meaningfully alters your rights or obligations as a player — bajj365 will endeavour to notify registered players by email to the address on file at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect. Non-material updates (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, or the addition of new payment methods) may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of bajj365 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you must cease using the Services and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 11.2. bajj365's Terms are always published in English; English is the binding language of this agreement.
